These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by NETWORK WAVES SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide digital services including website development, mobile application development, SEO services, advertising management, and AI integration solutions. All services are customized and delivered digitally.
Projects commence only after written confirmation (email or agreement) and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation. • Remaining balance is due upon milestone completion or final delivery. • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. • All invoices are issued with applicable GST where required. • International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment is received. The Company retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients must provide necessary content, credentials, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays from the client side may impact project delivery schedules.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the customized nature of digital services, advance payments may be non-refundable once work begins.
We maintain confidentiality of client data and project information. Non-disclosure agreements (NDA) can be executed upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
